what it is
northmere one is a property-management crm frontend demo built around rental and property operations workflows.
my role
i designed and developed the frontend while exploring how a property-management system could be organized for everyday business use.
what i worked on
- created dashboards for properties, tenants, maintenance, tasks, compliance, finances, and reports
- implemented searchable and paginated property records
- added add-property workflows, responsive dialogs, tooltips, notifications, and localstorage persistence
- organized the interface around practical property-management workflows
- designed the frontend structure to support future database-backed modules
current status
the current version is a frontend demo using localstorage rather than a connected production database. the next stage would be connecting the existing workflows to a backend and persistent database.
what i learned
northmere one helped me think more carefully about information-heavy business interfaces, navigation, data tables, and how different operational modules fit together.
